Judy and Poona will provide you a warm welcome at this friendly Thursday morning group. In an informal atmosphere, we sit in a circle, drink tea and discuss a variety of interesting topics around how to be as mentally well and happy as we can be.

In the latter part of the session, Judy will lead a time of quiet together, guiding you in the practice of resting and stilling the busy mind, aka meditation - an important aspect of cultivating inner peace and well-being.

This block will follow-up on a 4 week course that precedes these sessions run by Ratnadevi. So the discussions will centre around compassionate communication including how we can find more joy from relationships through kinder and less reactive communication. It is encouraged but not necessary to attend both blocks of sessions.

Please note these sessions are booked in blocks so please check the dates we are running them.
