Queens Cross are looking for exceptional and motivated individuals to join our successful team.

Our vision is to create Excellent Housing in Vibrant Communities and we help people live well by providing support when it’s needed most.  As a community-based housing association, located in the north west of Glasgow, we manage nearly 4,350 homes and provide tenancy support and community development activities to enhance the local area. Our neighbourhoods are multi-cultural and our tenant base is diverse.

Customer Engagement Officer – Grade 7, £33,009 to £35,642 (2 year position)

We are passionate about engaging our tenants and others in our communities and giving them opportunities to have a real influence over the decisions we make. You will enjoy meeting people and finding creative ways to engage them.

All post-holders will meet the competency levels expected of all Queens Cross staff which have an emphasis on attitude, behaviours’ and a customer first approach, and whilst not essential, we would welcome candidates who can speak a second language.
