We are a community-based housing association located in the north west of Glasgow. We manage nearly 4,350 homes and provide tenancy support and community development activities to enhance the local area.

Our employees are expected to take ownership of their workload and adopt a solution-focussed approach that makes a difference to our tenants, other customers, and stakeholders. We are looking for candidates with a positive attitude and the ability to build strong working relationships with their colleagues.

Financial Inclusion Team Manager

Grade 8, £39,240 - £42,434 (temporary for 12 months)

An exciting opportunity has arisen to lead and develop our Financial Inclusion Team.  We’re looking for an individual who enjoys managing a small team and getting the best out of others; a people and performance manager who can lead change, understand diversity and deliver results.

We are reviewing the way we deliver our Financial Inclusion services. The Covid-19 pandemic has seriously affected the economic climate and has created unprecedented challenges for many of our tenants.  We are looking for an experienced manager who can help us develop innovative ways of working that benefit our customers, reduce poverty and improve health & wellbeing in our multi-cultural communities.

Candidates must demonstrate a good knowledge of financial inclusion matters and have experience of implementing change and leading people.  The post may require some flexible working.

The Association offers generous terms and conditions including flexible working hours, contributory pension scheme, 25 days annual leave and 13 public holidays.
