We are on the lookout for people to join our Estate Services team.  With a commitment to positive work-life balance we welcome applications for part time,/job share.  

You will work indoors, outdoors, in communal areas and from time to time in people’s homes.

What opportunities are available?

  • 1 x 38.5 hours night shift - Permanent - Job Reference - QCH443(a)
  • 2 x 38.5 hours night shift - Temporary till 31st March 2022 - Job Reference - QCH443(b)
  • 1 x 17.5 hours rotating shift (day shift/back shift) - Permanent - Job Reference - QCH443(c)

What you will be paid

Day shift/ Back shift/ Night shift - Grade 4, £22,687 - £24,433

What you will do? 

Work with the local community – as the first point of contact for many customers, you will ensure our customers receive a consistent and high level of customer service and will keep an eye out for those who are vulnerable. 

Keep our communities safe – operating CCTV, patrolling, liaising with Police, are just some of the responsibilities you will have, to ensure the safety and security of our customers’ homes and community. 

Maintain the community environment – providing a quality service to ensure that the environment is clean, safe and healthy for our customers. 

Maintain our properties – working closely with our repairs and maintenance teams, you will provide property maintenance support (i.e. logging repairs, clearing empty properties, completing minor repairs – training will be provided).  

No experience needed!

We’re looking for people with ‘can do’ attitudes, who put excellent customer service at the heart of everything they do.  If you have a positive attitude and willingness to learn we can teach you the rest.

For night shift vacancies - driving licence is essential

For day shift / back shift  - driving licence is not essential
