We are seeking to recruit a permanent (35 hours) Factoring Property Assistant to join our factoring and commercial letting team, working to ensure that properties owned and managed by us are maintained to the highest level.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about providing a high-quality customer service and is in their element in a busy and demanding role.

Our ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, have excellent communication and organisational skills, be someone who enjoys working in a small team, is able to prioritise their own workload and always takes tasks through to completion.

Experience of organising repairs and maintenance and dealing with contractors is required, whether that has been within factoring, letting, housing or a construction environment.

Driving licence is essential for this role.

You will be required to meet the competency levels expected of all Queens Cross staff which have a particularly emphasis on attitude, behaviours’ and a customer first approach.
