£20,677 to £22,400 (Grade 3)

We are looking to appoint a well organised, motivated and enthusiastic person who can work efficiently and flexibly, prioritising and managing a busy workload.  With a focus on seeking solutions, the successful candidate will be an effective team player and committed to delivering excellent customer services.

 Job Purpose: 

  • Providing a comprehensive administrative service to both internal and external customers.
  • Respond to and resolve enquiries at the first point of contact.
  • Actively listen to ensure the right outcome for our customer, provide advice on our services and communicate decisions and information clearly, assertively and professionally.
  • Confidently use our ICT systems to track and update customer information.
  • Collaborate with colleagues, contractors and other stakeholders to ensure customer needs are met.
  • Interpret information, policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory, statutory and legal requirements

With opportunities to support teams across the Association, the tasks are varied and allow individuals to develop their knowledge further.  There are opportunities to develop within the role by supporting special projects, initiatives and working groups. 

 You will:
