Freedom of Information

The Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 (Designation of Persons as Scottish Public Authorities) Order 2019 (the designation order) gives individuals the right to obtain information from public bodies in Scotland

Queens Cross Housing Association has a duty to:

  • Respond to requests
  • To publish information
  • To advise and assist requesters

Our Guide to Information tells you about the information we publish on the documents page of the website.

Freedom of Information requests have to be made in writing and can be sent to FOI@qcha.org.uk or to any of our offices.

For a Freedom of Information request we require your full name, your contact details (phone, email and/or correspondence address), details of anyone authorised to act on your behalf if applicable and the nature of your request.

If you require support to make a request you can contact us direct on 0808 143 2002 or you can contact independent agencies such as Citizens Advice Scotland or Scottish Independent Advocacy Alliance that can help support your request.
