To get started, download the app from Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Just search for ‘Queens Cross app’.
For your security, all Association and P&D staff carry identity badges. So please ask to see their identity badge when they call at your home.
We’re committed to providing you with an excellent repairs service and have set ourselves some challenging response times. These are:
- Emergency repairs – within 4 hours
- Urgent repairs – within 2 working days
- Routine repairs – within 5 working days
- Non-urgent repairs – within 28 days
Out of hours emergency?
If you need an emergency repair carried out, call us at weekends, public holidays or after 5pm, Monday to Friday. We will aim to get someone out to you as soon as possible.
