Paying your rent
We collect rent on the first of each month in advance.
Rents are reviewed every year in line with our Rent Policy and tenants are involved in this consultation.
There are several ways that you can pay your rent.
Chip and Pin
You can pay with your debit or credit card either at our main office or over the phone on 0141 945 3003.
You can pay online at http://www.allpayments.net by using your rent payment card or by telephone by calling Allpay on 0844 557 8321.
By Cheque or Standing Order:
By cheque - You can pay by cheque at our main office at 45 Firhill Rd or post a cheque to us. All cheques should be made payable to ‘Queens Cross Housing Association’ and have your rent account number marked clearly on the reverse side.
With a Standing Order - We can arrange to send you a standing order form which will allow you to set this up with your bank. Please contact your housing team for this to be arranged.
Using Post Office or Pay Point
You can use your rent payment card at any Post Office or shop or outlet where you see the Pay Point logo.
If you are having difficulties paying your rent please contact your Housing Officer. Please see the leaflet below for answers to Frequently Asked Questions on rent arrears.
