John has been a tenant of Queens Cross Housing Association since 2016 and joined the board as a tenant member in 2024. 

In that time, he has joined the Audit and Risk Committee, is a member of the Northwest Partners Steering Group, and is the Queens Cross Housing Associations Customer Service Board Champion. 

Mr Dunn joined the Board to ensure tenant voices were heard and that the Association keeps its tenants at the heart of its operations. 

John works full time in Adult and Older Social Work and volunteers his time with UNISON at both a local Branch and Regional level. 

John works and advocates for the vulnerable, for those in need, and for the working people, to ensure a safer and more valued space. 

He vows to speak up and ensure Queens Cross Housing is a success for all those involved.
