Join us in shaping the future of our neighbourhoods by joining one of our four Queens Cross Boards.
The Queens Cross Group is looking for new board members to help us provide affordable, high quality homes, drive job creation, manage private properties effectively and increase life chances for local people.
As a Board Member, you’ll help oversee the work of one or more of our four organisations:
- Queens Cross Housing Association – delivering high quality affordable housing and services
- Queens Cross Workspace – creating employment and enterprise opportunities
- Queens Cross Factoring – supporting vibrant, well-managed neighbourhoods
- Queens Cross Community Foundation – funding projects that improve local lives. You’ll be part of a forward-thinking group committed to innovation, sustainability, and social impact.
We’re inviting applications from people with a wide range of skills and backgrounds, and would particularly welcome those with experience in:
- Finance or Audit
- Technology & Digital Innovation
- Artificial Intelligence & Data Insight
- Strategic Business Planning
You don’t need previous Board experience — just a commitment to community, a collaborative mindset, and the time to get involved.
Boards meet around once a month to take strategic decisions that determine the best course of action to support local people.
