Residents Task Force
The Residents Task Force are a group of Queens Cross residents who provide a vital role in looking in detail at our services and making recommendations for improvements where they find them.
The Task Force currently has ten dedicated members who volunteer their time to scrutinise what we do, from tenant led estate inspections to reviewing our repairs and maintenance service.
The Residents Task Force is always looking for new members to participate in their activities.
If you'd like to get involved, get in touch with Jacqui Mills, Performance and Customer Engagement Officer on 0141 589 7414 or at firstname.lastname@example.org - she'll be happy to tell you more.
Estate Inspections involve walking and looking at the physical and environmental condition of our neighbourhoods so action can be taken where needed. Here we publish our estate inspection reports:
Community Involvement Groups (CIGs)
There are four Community Involvement Groups; Queens Cross, Dundasvale, Woodside and Westercommon/ Hamiltonhill. They are made up of local people and Association staff and are at the heart of shaping our communities.
We have a range of volunteering opportunities to suit all ages and skillsets. Volunteering can help you get to know our communities, and provides valuable and rewarding training and work experience.
