Introducing CX Feedback

The way we collect your feedback is changing from 1st July 2025.

Your feedback is very important to us and helps us to improve our services. It can also help us identify trends and highlight areas where we are doing things right as well as areas that need improvement.

As of 1st July 2025, we are moving to a system called CX Feedback. This system has been specifically made for social landlords and gives more options on how we gather feedback about our services. As this system is introduced, you will see some changes to the way we communicate with you.

CX FeedbackWhat does CX Feedback do?

The system enables us to send out surveys via text, email or a phone call so we can listen to your views on different subjects. The system can also text you directly with updates and messages about your local area and things that affect you. We will be able to target this so the information that we send will only be relevant to you and your neighbours.

How will I know that the surveys are from Queens Cross Housing Association?

The surveys will be sent to you directly by email, text or as an incoming call. Other messages will be sent as a text or email. They will have our recognisable branding but if you are concerned that they are not genuine please feel free to email or call us – details below. Texts will show as Queens Cross HA and emails will be from Queens Cross Housing Association and the email address will be surveys@cx-feedback.co.uk.

Are my responses anonymous?

Your responses will not be anonymous. This means if you are unhappy with our services we can speak to you about this in more detail if you want. It also means we can use the data being provided to improve services.

What will be the first survey I receive?

The first survey to be sent will be our repairs satisfaction survey. If you have recently had a repair carried out in your home, you may receive this survey through a link either by text or email depending on your preferred contact method.

Can I opt out?

Yes, you can opt out however this means you may miss out on information that is relevant to your area.
