Weekly walks for older adults!
Enjoy a nice walk along the canal pathway. Wellbeing walks by the water can really lift your spirits, as well as improve your physical and mental wellbeing.
Join us for refreshments afterwards at the Hub (472 Maryhill Road) to access your free food parcel from Maryhill Tesco.
Please note: This group will finish for the festive break on 14th December 2023 and hoping to restart weather permitting on 11th January 2024.
