Local Litter Picking Group

Local tenants around the Woodside area got in touch keen to get a group together to join them in helping to tackle litter hotspots around our community.

Taking part in this activity gets people outdoors meeting new folks chatting, doing a bit of light exercise and making a difference in the places they live, so there are wellbeing benefits attached as well as keeping our neighbourhoods looking better.

The group plan to get out more this year, so if you think you can spare anything from 10 minutes to an hour you could help make a difference too. 

There is Whatsapp group for the group to keep in touch about dates/times/locations for future planned litter picks. Litter pickers, bags, gloves etc. will be provided.
