Yoga is an ancient form of exercise that focuses on strength, flexibility and breathing to boost physical and mental wellbeing. Regular yoga practice is thought to help people with high blood pressure, heart disease, aches, pains and stress.
This class is open to tenants and people from the local community. The class is suitable for beginners and those returning to Yoga practice. CEDAR Community Hub is at the bottom of the middle multistorey block at 65 Cedar St.

If you can bring your own yoga mat, belt, blocks or cushion this is preferred however we can arrange to help supply equipment to people if required.
