Judy will provide you a warm welcome at this friendly Thursday morning group. In an informal setting, we sit in a circle, drink tea and discuss a variety of interesting topics around how to be as mentally well and happy as we can be.
In the latter part of the session, Judy will lead a time of quiet together, guiding you in the practice of resting and stilling the busy mind, aka meditation - an important aspect of cultivating inner peace and well-being.
