Neil Manley is responsible for the Association’s financial management, human resources, governance, communication and performance management services.
Neil joined the Association in 2004 in a financial systems role and became Director of Finance in 2005.
Neil’s an economics graduate and a qualified accountant with Chartered institute of Public Finance and Accountancy. He trained within the Health Service, being based at Guys Hospital in South East London.
He has wide experience of the charity sector having worked for Save the Children and Shelter, where he was management accountant for five years and Acting Financial Controller for a period.
