We have three departments within our organisational structure who work together to provide high quality and customer focussed services for all our customers, to ensure we have excellent housing in vibrant communities.
- Neighbourhood Services includes tenancy sustainment, tenancy management, wellbeing support, community engagement, and estate management.
- Property, Placemaking and Social Enterprise includes repairs, maintenance, asset management, development, factoring services, and commercial letting.
- Finance and Corporate Support includes customer service, governance, HR, IT, Finance, performance, scrutiny, events, and communications.
